Learning About Being An Entrepreneur In Network Marketing

When you start your own business it's really hard work but, when you become an entrepreneur in Network Marketing, I got to say that this opportunity is way more rewarding for your hard work. 

Network Marketing requires minimum investment since the platform you use would be something already established and all your doing is being an advertiser sharing the business with others and getting paid for it. It's more like "word of mouth" just that word of mouth you don't get paid, but, with network marketing you do. Network Marketing is building a network of affiliates to share and advertise for a particular brand. An advantage of being an entrepreneur in network marketing is that the learning never ends if you want to be successful. See it doesn't necessarily mean going to school but learning the skills you need to keep going.

There are many successful Entrepreneurs in network marketing and so far my favorite is Robert Kiyosaki he is the founder of  Rich Dad Poor Dad. He says that to be successful we need to change the Employee mindset. We need need to invest our time in learning and building. If we live our life wanting a job, we would have accomplished nothing but, if we want to own a business and be successful and not worry about a paycheck, we need to be willing to learn the skills required to obtain the lifestyle we want. He says network marketing is one of the best ways to become financially free but we need to keep on learning and when we gain the freedom we want financially, we still keep on learning and share that knowledge with others so they can too become financially free.

One of the leaders in the business that I'm doing sent me a book to help me in learning more about the skills I need to acquire to be successful and, let me tell you when I read the first chapter I was like, WOW! the book is called "Developing the Leader within you 2.0"  by John C. Maxwell. When you become an Entrepreneur you're looking to be a leader and to be in control, but many of us don't have the ability to lead because we didn't acquire the mindset or the skills to do so. Network Marketing means that you are going to need the skills of being a leader because people won't believe you or believe in what you're doing if you don't know how to be the right leader. Another thing is you need to be confident and believe in yourself and what you are doing. 

Guys, it's all about learning the right skills, gaining the right mindset, knowing your platform, and applying what you've learned to become more successful. Network Marketing is really an amazing industry and is for sure something that's growing globally and it gives entrepreneurs the freedom to be in control. If you decide to ever join a network marketing team make sure that it's established. The best network marketing teams to join are those that have a product since at least you'll be able to have something as proof but there are many that have no product that also provides passive income to roll in. 

This industry is really the next big thing, so don't let an opportunity as big as this pass you by. 

Racism Should Be A Thing Of The Past But Reality Is, It's Not

 Growing up, we would hear the older folks talk about life back then and how our ancestors were treated, and being that we live in a new era you would think things have changed, but, many still live in old age. 

We were told that white was superior and blacks were beneath, so many today hold that in their hearts and scorn those that are not the same color skin and same ethnicity, however, this should no longer be because we live in a world filled with diverse culture. Even though we're not the same color skin or the same ethnicity or don't speak the same language, we are all humans!. We are all entitled to equality as long as it doesn't go against the natural way of life.

The other day I was working and this customer told me that I should go back to my country, what he didn't know was that  I am in my country and English just happens to be my first language. He judged me and was racist because he believed that because I was calling him that I was not from his country, which in a way he was right but we ALL are capable of working jobs that are available to us in our own country and the country of others if we are qualified. We shouldn't be quick to judge or scorn others if we know for ourselves that we are not willing to do the kind of work the other person is doing. Even though the other person may not be from your country shouldn't be a reason to scorn them. Every day someone moves away from their country or home to seek opportunities or to seek a better living and we are all entitled to do that.

At the end of the day even though we are not of the same color skin, not from the same ethnic group, or from the same country, we all breathe the same air, bleed the same color blood, and get placed back in the dirt. So none of us is better than the other no matter what so we should all respect each other, care for each other and accept each other. We are not our ancestors so we don't need to live like them.

Being An Entrepreneur Is Hard Work, Here's A Few Things I've Learned

 I've never really thought about starting my own business until after I had my second child. You see I always thought that I would find a husband, we would get married and he'd work and take care of the kids and me. I would then stay home and take care of the kids, the home, and what he needs. It was so naive of me to think that way because the reality is the majority of men are afraid of commitments and most of the time women are left to care for their children on their own. 

So after having my second child and another failed relationship, along with the loss of my job for many years, it dawned on me that I needed something that will be mine and that I can pass to my children. Something that will allow me not to miss out on their lives, and I can still provide for them. Also, something where I'm not going to be inconvenienced by being let go or left hunting for work because of unforeseen circumstances.

After many years of trying to put me out there to start something, it all failed. But recently I was introduced to an opportunity of starting my own business and realized that I failed because I wasn't doing it right. 

To start your own business you first need a plan. You need to decide what type of business you want to create and if it will keep you making money in the longer run. You need to look at the market and see what is in demand all year round and how you can make your product and business stand out. Once you've looked at all angles and created your plan for the business you then need to put that plan in action.

Once you have started your business, you now need to be confident in your business that it will work, because when you are just starting out you will find that it will be very slow or you may have an increase in purchase and customer at first and then see a decrease, but you should expect that. Sometimes because we see things not working out at first we start to feel like quitting, but a business that's just starting will start slow or have its high and lows especially something seasonal. 

When you think about doing a business you got to be able to accept criticism and you got to be open-minded. You got to also put your feelings aside and learn to be a leader and a team player. Because whilst people like someone that is in charge, they also like to be comfortable. As well you need to know your customers and create things that will draw them to your business, for example, people like stuff that is affordable or that will provide them their money's worth so be sure to deliver on that.

Last you got to be patient, keep putting all you got into your business because if your hasty, you will give up easily, if you put too little effort into your business it may crash or may never move from where it's at. Always make sure that whatever business option you start that it's something you love. Be sure that it's something you can see yourself still enjoy doing for years to come because a business is your own and once done properly it will be something that remains in your life for many years. It may also be something that you can pass down to your children and for many generations.

What Are Ways To Inspire Everyone Around You?

 My blog was created to share my inner thoughts and to be an inspiration to others. However, as a blogger, there are times we do need a little inspiration ourselves. 

All my life I've set out to be different than others, to be kind, caring, and selfless, and by doing that hope that I would be an inspiration to those around me. I've been able to be just that, but you know that when you live in a world that is filled with the opposite of you, you tend to lose your place and become just like them. 

For many years I've found myself being somewhat different and the same because I chose to listen to others and chose to let others influence me, but once I was able to recover my thoughts and see how far off-track I've traveled, slowly I began to regain myself.

To Inspire people around you, you got to be able to make choices that are different from others but that do not include bad deeds. See the world is already filled with many bad so for you to inspire people you got to be good. It sure is easy to be bad and it sure is easy to be a follower but if someone sees that you don't let the negative part of life cause you to be dragged down, they'll admire you for your strength and ability to still remain untouched and good.

I've read an awesome blog by Marc & Angel and it explains ways to inspire people around you. Now why I mentioned it here is because it's the truth and it's also the way I have chosen to live my life. I've chosen to make my own choices, to accept myself for who I am, to help and care for others, and even though I know all that is mentioned in the blog, I'm still working on improving the ones I've yet to master. Sometimes you can do nothing other than be yourself to inspire people and you may ask how? Let me explain to you, there is always someone looking on and so how you carry yourself can inspire someone else. Take for example; you wake up every day take care of your kids, go to work, come home and help your kids, and you're always available and active in your children's lives. You can be an inspiration to a mother that way that had lost all hope by sharing how you can do all that since they desire to do that as well. 

Another way you can inspire someone is by still managing to be helpful and kind to those that are in need even if you don't have a lot, someone may see your actions and be inspired to do the same. Inspiration can come from small deeds or actions and may have a positive impact on others. There are, many ways you can inspire people and it doesn't always require massive changes just a little love and kindness.

Cheating, Its Cause And Reason

 Cheating is something that has been happening for many years, but it has become even more common to the point it's rare to find a non-cheater.

Many people get in a relationship with hopes of building a future with the person they get with, however, there are those that get in a relationship just because they don't want to be alone or they want to get over their previous relationship. There's a lot of reason why people choose to be in a relationship and many times it's for the wrong reasons. For many years people used cheating for fun or in men's case it made them feel virile (macho).  Some men/women would cheat because the relationship they had was lacking something or there were issues that made them and their partner feel distant and for others, they were captivated by the feeling they felt when they had more than one partner. 

Now,  cheating is a norm, it's not something based on lack anymore or based on the distance between a couple. It's now all based on everyone is doing it and if I'm cheated on then why don't I cheat too. Cheating in this century is like a trend whereby everyone's using the latest fashion or involved in the same app and this makes it hard for those who are looking for a relationship that will last, or that will lead to a lifetime commitment. That is why many are heartbroken, many get insecure and many are just too afraid to try a relationship with anyone. This is also why many women start dating the opposite sex because they feel that dating a woman will be much better because the percentage of women cheating is less than the percentage of men who cheat.

I was told once that it takes two to cheat, so should we only blame men? No!. A man cannot cheat if a woman doesn't agree. Many times we as women would be the ones who blame men for being unfaithful but the fact is, a man can't cheat if the other woman doesn't agree to be with them. There are times when women don't know when a man is taken and so they unknowingly get with that man. Now when that woman finds out that the man has someone before them there are a few women that end the relationship but then, there are the ones that become jealous and want to keep the relationship so they try to get the first woman out of the picture, There's also the one's that don't care and just keep being the "side piece".

Cheating is not Ok. Just because a lot of other people are doing it doesn't mean it's right. A relationship was made to lead to a marriage, and marriage was meant to last a lifetime. So when you cheat, you cause insecurities to the parties involved as well as hurt to the individual/individuals that seriously loved or cared for you. When you get in a relationship for the wrong reason or with the wrong intentions, you cause damage and so when the right person does come along it's because the damage you left causes that person's chance of being happy to be severely reduced.

When someone cheats it's always a choice. Don't ever believe that it's your fault or let them tell you that you caused them to cheat because even when you're in the moment, there's always that little thought that slips in and tells you that what your doing is wrong. Even when they say "I wasn't in my right mind" or " I wasn't thinking straight" trust me at some point through the entire event they did think of you and still continued. The only time cheating is really a mistake is when the person comes clean to you about it, admits their wrong, and makes sure it never happens again otherwise continuously cheating is a choice and can do more harm to a person's emotions and mental state.

                                                         

Becoming A Mom Was Wonderful, My Experience

 So I became a mother at the age of 18 years, while many say that is a young age, at that time I wasn't thinking about that.

When you're pregnant many will tell you different things to expect and their own experiences, but when you have your child the experience ain't always the same. So if you are thinking about becoming a mom, or you're already in the expecting months it's ok to listen to what others got to say based on their experience because you can learn a few things, but, just keep in mind that you're not necessarily going to go through the same things. 

While I was pregnant with my first child I didn't get morning sickness and could eat whatever I wanted. The only thing that sent me to the bathroom was Cow Foot Soup and my second child no morning sickness either but I had to eat pepper so I didn't feel bad but the last child I was sick the entire pregnancy and I could barely eat anything. Now you see all pregnancy was somewhat different and guess what all were boys. 

During labor my first time I went in there screaming even whilst pushing but then I realized that the pushing was so easy and no noise was required ( but because I watched movies and heard other's experience I thought that is how we should behave). My second son in the labor room I didn't make any noise and didn't make any noise whilst contracting but my last he was the most painful and the experience was so different.

After I had my first child I didn't know anything, there was no guidance and everything had me going to the clinic because I was so scared that something would happen to him. I was so careful with him. Many times when you become a first-time mom or parent your thought is always to spoil your first child which in my case I didn't do and you know now that he's older I'm so glad I didn't because by not spoiling he understands what it is to be satisfied with what he has and to take care of the things he has as well as understanding the value of the things he gets. 

The most important thing I learned being a parent is that when it comes to discipline many will have a lot to say but how you choose to discipline your child is all up to you. For example my first child I always would spank him for giving trouble, touching things he wasn't supposed to, and not buying him things he wanted when he misbehaves ( this was my way of disciplining my first child). Now my second son I was told not to do this and not to do that and that by me disciplining him the way I did my first child that I was not a good mom. So I allowed things to happen the way someone else dictated them to be, which of course was my mistake, now he doesn't have discipline and doesn't value the things he has because I listened to other people. Now that I have decided to start disciplining him the way I started to at first he is now learning and becoming more appreciative of the things he has and those that said I was a bad mom realized that discipline is not a bad thing but a must-do from an early age.

With all 3 of my children, I learned something new, and trust me while some things were similar to others majority was different. So if you're becoming a first-time mom or parent it's ok to look to others for advice but at the end of the day what you experience may be different and you may need to go about doing things your own way.
